Flying Dragon Lizard Powder Recipe 

1.      Prepared 1 fresh whole body of flying dragon lizard.

2.      Wash it thoroughly and make it dry.

3.      Cooked or put directly to the heat charcoal by grilling it.

4.      Powder it with the used of any wooden mortar.

5.      When the powder is done, you can now used or take it by mixing it in your soup, milk or coffee.

6.      You can take 2 tablespoon per day, morning and afternoon.

7.      Consume the powder within one or two days only or you can take three days a week only.

               That’s it!
