Dead Volcano Produces Hot Steam

Dead Volcano found in the trail between Mag-Aso Dauin and Timbanga Bacong Negros Oriental. It’s  been one hundred-ten years past when this volcano erupted. The volcano deformed like a giant pot or a wok and it created sulfuric cave called “Uko Cave”. Some expert people examine this volcano and they conclude that it was already inactive.
Now a day’s some residence did not believed on this conclusion because they found out that and witness at the center whole of volcano still produces very hot steam because of the underwater heat. Even the side of it sulfuric rock still produces hot steam and it can cooked like eggs, vegetables when you buried it in the sulfuric soil.
Through these, mostly foreigner, students, mountaineers visits and experience fetching very hot water at the center part of the volcano and cooking in the hot sulfuric soil and also for the people suffer some skin diseases like scabies, acne, mange, ringworm, fungus and others because of the sulfuric components that has ability to heals that kind of diseases. In my actual experience, my white fungal disease in my skin heals in that place by using sulfuric rock and soil.
Therefore I conclude that this Volcano is not totally inactive, may be times come it will grow again and becomes more active.
